Mr Alok Singhal, Head , Sub Saharan Africa, VFS Global, has reiter­ated the company’s commitment to providing a conducive envi­ronment for visa applicants for a smooth application process.

Mr Singhal said “For cus­tomers seeking a personalised application experience, the facility houses three premium lounge facilities (for Italy, other Schen­gen destinations, and the UK). In addition, customers can opt to submit their visa applications from the comfort and safety of their home, office or any other preferred location with our Visa At Your Doorstep service (for Denmark, South Africa and Swit­zerland visa customers) or the On-Demand Mobile Visa service (for UK visa customers).”

Customers, he said could en­joy for other optional value-add­ed services available at the facility such as Form-Filling Assistance Services by professionally trained staff or application submission and document collection outside of the regular business hours with the Prime-Time service.

“UK visa customers can also opt for the Keep My Passport While Applying service which enables them to retain their passports once their application is submitted and biometrics have been enrolled,” he said.

VFS Global is a trusted part­ner for 19 governments in Ghana for visa, passport, and consular services since establishing its operations in 2005.

Since then, the company has grown its presence to an exten­sive network of 23 application centres which are present in nine locations across Ghana with a strong workforce of 106 employ­ees.
